Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide and manage our services, operate the client portal, send service and account notifications, improve our website and offerings, market our services, and comply with legal obligations. We only use your information for purposes consistent with this policy or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection.

03SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Pipeline Logic, we may send informational and follow-up messages related to your inquiry, your projects, or your client portal account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver messages to you.

04Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Tools

Our website is built on Squarespace, which uses cookies necessary for site functionality and basic analytics. We may also use advertising and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) tools, that collect information through cookies and pixels for measurement and advertising purposes.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. For clarity, the sharing described in this section never includes mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data for marketing purposes, as stated in Section 3.

06Information We Process for Clients

As part of our services, we may process personal information belonging to our clients' customers, for example, leads generated through advertising campaigns, forms, or automation workflows we build. When we process personal information on behalf of a client, we act as a service provider, and that processing is governed by our agreement with the client. Clients are responsible for their own privacy notices and legal compliance with respect to their customers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry practices.

09Your Choices & Rights

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@pipelinelogic.net. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

10Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active clients will also be communicated by email.
